First Session – Tuesday 23nd July
When – Tuesday and Thursday Night
Time – 6:15pm (*New Start Time)
If you’re like to join these events you will need to join the Rowville Riders Zwift club on the “zwift companion app”. Shoot me a message and I will send an invite, so you can join the events.
We will be running a structured group workout plan again this season, that’s aimed at increasing overall fitness, raising your FTP and hopefully improve climbing endurance.
The workouts will be Tuesday and Thursday nights with our usual chat and banter on RR discord channel.
The discord channel link will now be in the event page on the “zwift companion app” (which is a lot better integration with discord) * please note discord app will still need to be installed on your phone and head phones are a must .
- The workouts are all between 40ish and 60 minute. After a workout finishes we can simple roll as a group to cool down for the remaining hour.
- The object of this structured workout plan is to have fun, have a chat and a laugh all while sweating it out.
Believe it or not its only 10 weeks till daylight savings starts so this will be a perfect 10 week plan to get the fitness up and be ready for the warmer spring weather:)
keep an eye out on the “Zwift companion app” for the events, I will start to program the events on the companion app over the next few days.
